How to embed Hubspot form in page?

I have a page I’d like to embed a Hubspot form in. I found this old guide:

But it doesn’t work. Just producing a blank page. Can’t find anything more current. Any ideas?

For some reason I can’t figure out how to reply, only edit. However, funny story: it does actually work. You can’t see the form in Cornerstone, but when I published the page there it was. So… voila.
