How to edit the "timeline" feature

Hi.

  1. How do I change the colour of the line used down the centre of the “timeline” feature (as seen in Integrity 1)?
  2. The line has somehow disappeared from my second row in my timeline. How do I get it back?
  3. How do I get the image animation to work like it does in your demo Integrity1 , where the images slide in from the side?
  4. Do you have any documentation with instructions as it is extremely time-consuming trying to figure everything out with trial and error.

Hi There,

Please avoid bumping on your own threads as it pushes your thread to the end of the line.

That line is an image, so you will need to download the image and edit it on photoshop or similar software.

To add the fade effect, you need to click on the column where the elements are placed and turn on fade and select fade from right or left according to your needs.

  4. How do I change the width of the line - i.e. the width of the gap between the columns which shows the line image through it? I am unable to find this in the CSS.

1 - Seems like you found the background already.

3 - You need to add a background image to the second section the content is in a different section.

4- Can you clarify?

No, I had not found the background. I don’t know why you couldn’t just tell me where to look and save me the trouble of hunting around and trying to figure it all out and getting frustrated.

For anyone else looking to change the width and or colour of the timeline lines…these are the steps:

  1. Right click on the page on the front end and “view background image” then save this image to your computer. (I couldn’t find where the actual file is located).

  2. Edit the image in Photoshop - It is a transparent image with the light grey lines, so you need to create a new layer with new lines in the same place, in the colour and width that you need them.

3.To replace the image you need to go to the relevant “Section” in the page editor and replace it there. This was not that obvious to someone new to using this type of editor. I was looking in the rows and columns.
