How to edit the Tagline for each page

Hi,

I would like to know how can I create an specific tag line for each page of the website (home, about…etc).
It directly appears About | the name of my website, but I would like to add something else specific for each page.

Thank you for writing in, you can achieve that by utilizing an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO

It seems you already achieve what you need?
