hello I just bought x theme, I’m using right now as an integry 1 template, I can not find how to edit the texts, add the images, I try to use comerstone and when I give it, where it says contend, and where I want to edit for example about us, edoy edit does not do anything I need help thanks

I installed the templates where it says content demo is it the right thing?
