Hello! I tried to plugin Yoast and use it, but my home page suddenly became left-aligned and all the text mushed up on top of each other. So I deactivated and removed Yoast and cleared the Cornerstone style cache and everything was fine again. I did the same with All in One SEO plugin, and the same thing happened. What’s the safest way to manage SEO on my site with the current version of X theme?

It will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating through the admin dashboard. I would request you copy your live site to a staging server and install any of the plugins which causes the issue.
And give us access in the secure note for further investigation, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
