How to disable top level navigation?

Hello,

I’d like to disable the top level navigation, so that people can only click on the items in the drop-down menus that appear. Here is the part I’m talking about:

To disable top level navigation link, please add Custom Menu under Appearance > Menus and in URL box enter # symbol. I have recorded a screencast that you can refer. https://cloudup.com/chsuCyRM2zh
