How to disable the search element 's dropdown?

Is there a way to disable the search element dropdown? It now shows search history of the browser and especially in mobile it gets in the way of the element and it’s really not user friendly as it’s difficult to type anything in it. I’d really appreciate your help!

Hi Minna,

Unfortunately, that is not possible to remove the search history. If you still want to remove it, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
