How to disable the Category & Search bar in MEC Upcoming Events Sidebar

So I’m using a sidebar widget in my WP Main Sidebar to populate MEC upcoming events:

I’ve come to realize I really don’t need that extra box for “Categories & Search”

Is there any way to turn this off/disable it in the sidebar widget?

I figured this out and found what I had to disable.
