How to disable margin in Cornerstone post editor?

Hi,

I am trying to create a post in Cornerstone, but I am stuck at the beginning - I am not able to disable top and side margin on my post, which forces the content to the side, so it ends up not being aligned with the post title. Please see the pink rectangles with question mark.

How should I disable this?

Each margin is set to 0. The only way to make it look better is to put margin into negative values, which I guess is a bad practice. Also post created with WP Bakery and ordinary editor are aligned just fine.

Thanks.

Hey @nezzazvoni,

Please share the URL of the post.

Thanks.

Hi,

it is not posted, not even a concept…

Hi @nezzazvoni,

Thank you for writing in, by default the Section has 0 margins but have a 45px top and bottom padding so that is more likely the space you see above and below your content.

Then the Row inside the section by default has a Global Container that prevents the content from bleeding to the edge of the page. You can turn off that Global Container if you need your content to go edge-to-edge. This should align your content and title.

A quick way to remove the default padding and Global container is to right-click your section, and select Remove Spacing

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

Thank you very much, I will try it!

You’re more than welcome, glad we could help.

Cheers!
