How to define text color in the rich editor

Hi,
In the rich text editor which appears using a v2 text element for example, i can choose a text color from a preexisting palette. Under this palette there is a custom button which allows me to choose custom, but I want to fill the blank boxes underneath with my site color and have not found away to do this.

It’s Wordpress’ editor default color picker. Please check this https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/233450/how-do-you-add-custom-color-swatches-to-all-wysiwyg-editors

Click on the Custom... text and the color picker will pop up. Pick the color of your choice and press OK. Chosen color will appear as a custom swatch for later use.
