How to decrease gap between headings

i just change the theme icon to ethos and there are gaps between the headings and blog arches headings are merging -
i checked manay options in customization but did not found the solutions - kindly follow the images and try to solve the issue. i have provided the WP Detail in Secure Notes, If Needed?

  1. For calendar schedule, you can add following CSS under Pro > Launch > Theme Options > CSS:
    .post-type-archive-mec-events h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, .h1, .h2, .h3, .h4, .h5, .h6 {margin-top: 10px;}

  2. For rest of the pages, I can see that the major chunk of spacing is coming from section padding. In that regards I suggest you to please adjust section padding. https://screencast.com/t/9p20jrPs3DP

In case after adjusting section padding, you are not satisfied with the spacing then please remove .post-type-archive-mec-events from above code and the changes will be applied across website for headings. If you don’t want the changes to affect rest of the website, I suggest you to add CSS codes in style text box of respective heading elements. For ex https://screencast.com/t/D8LVOxbw3oL

sorry may be i am unable to identify the clarification.
dear i am asking about the gap between the words of heading. for example

SUBJECT - this is normal
S U B J E C T - here is the gap

this is the issue actually with some of the my heading as you can see the images attached above - i hope you understand,
if you provide me the same solution, then also the following solution did not work , i hope you understand now

Hello There,

Thank you for the clarifications. You are referring to the letter spacing of your heading titles. You can change this settings in X > Launch > Options > Typography > Headings and change the respective letter spacing.

actually i have changed through this channel before but that time i was not noticing any changes through live customization and then i cancel the changes, but now i repeat again same thing and now i saved then after reloading i got the changes - this is not working with live changes thats why i was worrying because live changes not working - By the way thank You so much solving the problem - Got the Solution - Thank You
