How to customize Category archive header

Hi, I have a cat archive on my page and currently displays no header at all. Id like to add a header or title. How can I do this? Im using Integrity and id like to make this page have a header/title area http://oceanbeachchamberofcommerce.com/category/community/

Thanks for writing in!

The category page title used to display as Landmark header which is part of the default header. As soon as you create a custom header, the landmark header will no longer display because it is being replaced by the custom header.
