How to customise woocommerce product

Hi there,

I am trying to do a couple of things with no results:

  1. Go to https://www.scaffoldme.co.nz/products/
    the products have a hover effect which shows the product description…I would Like that not to be a hover but fixed below the image also showing the product price plus a “view product” button.

I cannot work out where the woocommerce products grid is actually styled.
Can you please advise me as I have spent hours on the essential grid but it seems the essential grid is not being pulled in to the page.

Does woocommerce overide the essential grid?
if so no problem I just need to know how to style the products images, description, pricing and add a button.

Any advise would be extremely helpful.

Hi Dean,

Woocommerce product display depends on the stack you were using. It is possible to adjust it via template but it would be outside the scope of our support.

Yes, if you set a certain page as shop page, it will override whatever content you add on the page. Though I visit the site you shared and it is not a shop page.

Yes too on using essential grid. That is a way other than customizing template. Since it is not working for you, please share credentials inside a secure note and also a page where you have added a ESSENTIAL GRID with products content. We will check where the issue is coming from. Thank you.

Please double check credentials. It says unknown email address.

how are you trying to get in?
via ftp?
or via wp-admin?
tell me what credentials you require.

Hi @deanrix,

The wp-admin login credentials you provided above does not work, we are trying to figure out how did you added the Product grid on the page, but it looks like you added it via a Woocommerce shortcode.

Regretfully we can not provide support for modifying that product grid effect, you might want to try the Essential Grid instead for creating a flexible product grid.
