How To Create Toggle Link Between Multisite Builds French/English

My teams stumped on a question. We have a multisite build with one site for French and one for English. We have a global header for each site, and as part of it it has an EN or FR link. Right now, clicking that link just takes you to the homepage of the other language. We need to find a way to have clicking that link take you to the equivalent page on the other site…

Example: I’m on the https://supportedemployment.ca/find-a-service-provider/ page in English. If I click the FR button, I should go to the https://supportedemployment.ca/fr/find-a-service-provider/ page for French. The only difference between the links is the /fr/ subdirectory path part.

Some handy javascript do the trick here?

Any help is appreciated.
