Thanks for reaching out.
If you are trying to point the lines beside the Headline, that can be acheived by using the three column, the first column and third column have the Line element and the second column have the Headline element as shown in the given screenshot.

Hello @chkuo,

The title header that you are trying to replicate is actually a 3 column row.

Layout settings:

Columns and Elements:

The 1st and 3rd column only contains the Line element. The 2nd column has the Headline element.
