How to create this structure in my website

Hi!

I am building blog in my website and I would like to ask how could I have a structure similar to this one:

Emma’s blog is a treasure box of insight | Emma Power

So, my blog at this moment looks like this:

And I would like to make the following changes:

-Make the photo of the button be align with the text, as this moment the image is smaller.

-Change the font of the heading in the botton. At this moment my headings are with Playfair but I cannot put that kind of letter in the button. Or If I can I don’t know how.

-How to create a page in the structure of a blog, so whenever this page is full of posts in the bottom appears a button to go to next page. I attach you below an example.

The page blog-1 is in draft mode or private. We cannot view the page.

Meanwhile, please go to X > Theme Options > Blog > Style and select Masonry. You may also select two or three columns in the option below.

The pagination will only appear if the number of post items is greater than 10 items. By default, in Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most is 10 post items only. If you have more then 10 items, then the pagination at the bottom will display.
