How to create this shop page (woocommerce)

I am having trouble recreating the procedures indicated on this video on minute 27

When i go to edit the shop page, it looks very different from my end, and most importantly I am unable to enable widgets or layouts for this page.

Can you please indicate how to create a shop page with the same layout as found here; https://www.weber.co.za/shop/

Alternatively; is there a way to use cornerstone to edit the whole page, and insert products one by one, so that clicking on them goes directly to the product page (where purchase can be completed).

Hi @flashfog,

Thank you for reaching out to us. To enable the sidebar on shop page, navigate to Theme Options > Layout and Design > Content Layout and select either Content Left, Sidebar Right or Sidebar Left, Content Right

Now to add widgets, navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add your WooCommerce widgets in your Main Sidebar (see screenshot)

If you don’t want to use the Main Sidebar then you can simply create a new custom sidebar, add widgets in there and assign it to the shop page (see https://theme.co/docs/work-with-unlimited-sidebars)

You can also customize the appearance and layout of your WooCommerce pages by via Theme Options > WooCommerce

Yes you can create a custom shop page via Cornerstone / Content Builder and add products via shortcode (see https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/) or you can create a product gallery via Essential Grid

This is all very good. Please add this to the woocommerce section of the DOCS section of your website.
Right now newbies are forced to keep asking questions; this all could be in that guide. I am setting up my store’s home page; in other words I am not doing anything extraordinary. I should be able to use the guide to clear doubts, as experienced by somebody coming into the field…
