I would like to know which puglin should I use or which element I should use to create the type of structure I attach below.
I would like to use it in a whole page to describe one specific event.

Thanks for writing in!

Actually there is no need to use Third party plugin to mimic the layout as shown in the screenshot. I suggest you to use Cornerstone image, Headline and text element in chronological order to create the layout. Here’s a screencast that you can take a look. It’s not the a replica but will help you o get started:
