How to create new headers and footers with templates?

Hello, I have saved both the header and footer of an existing page as a tempate and successfully imported them into a new Wordpress instance using the Template Manager. So far so good.

But how can I create a header based on these templates? I don’t see an option anywhere that would allow me to create a header or footer from a template.

Can you show me a screenshot of how to find this option?

Hi @mrdplusd,

Thank you for writing in, first create a new Header or Footer.

Then on the start up dialog, select the Use Template

In the Template Manager, select the My Templates tab

From there you should be able to select the available templates.
