How to create contact form?

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend using Contact Form 7 if you wish to create a simple and ready to use form. Please check this https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ and https://contactform7.com/docs/. Once you created your form, you can simply add it as a shortcode or as contact form 7 element within the builder.
