How to create a text pop up on image or link?

Hi, I need to open up a few bullet point text on image click or hover? Can it be done in X without modal?

Modal works ok but it I want to have same functionality just by hovering on the image or clicking on it.

Thanks for reaching out.
There is no option for a Text popup, I would suggest you use the Modal instead and the style you mentioned in the screenshot can be achieved using the custom CSS within the modal.

I achieved what I needed by modifying toggle. all works like charm. no css required
