How to create a slide out footer

I wish to have A Sticky Footer That Reveals On Scroll as seen in this example:

Hi Jason,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe you can achieve this with Bottom header. Edit your Header and add a Bottom header under Layout (see screenshot)

Then inspect your Bar and change the z-index to -1

This should give you the desired results. Let us know how this goes!

after a little bit of experimenting I found by putting the Z-Index to 1 it did the exact effect!
