On the Integrity demo site, there is also a shop section in the menu. If you click on that a seperate shop menu section opens with an own menu. How can I create the same setup on my site

The shop page on integrity demo site is a different wordpress install that’s why there is another menu. Using X theme, we can only use one menu on the entire site unless you choose to have a one page navigation. Entirely different menu is only possible with customization which is outside the scope of our support.
Alternatively, if in case you want to switch to PRO, it is possible to set different menu per page as you like. You can build any header you like and assign it to any page you like. As starting point, you might want to check our youtube channel for guidance.

Again, before I bought this team, I ask pre-sales if it was possible to use these demo’s and create the same for me, they told me that it was possible. That was one of the main resons I bought the theme. Now you tell me it is out of the scope of support

We’re sorry for the misunderstanding. There are changes that happened. Those demos are already retired too. All the demos you can get are the one’s on design cloud. I already request to add it on our documentation to make this clear and to avoid future confusion with others. But still for X, all the demos you can get from the design cloud will have one menu, unless as stated you are using one page navigation for specific page.
