If you mix the One-page navigation URLs like #section-name in your main menu and the main menu is displaying in pages that that do not have section IDs, it may lead to an issue. It is best that if you mix it up, you need to use absolute URLs like http://example.com/#section-name.

Just create a menu in Appearance > Menus and assigned it as your primary menu. In one of your menu items URL, you can insert “http://example.com/#section-name” assuming that the one-page navigation is on the homepage. If this does not help, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings and give you an example implementation of the one-page navigation menu. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
