How To Completely Uninstall Pro & Do Clean Installation

Hi.
I would like to uninstall pro and pro child theme and do a clean installation.
I try do it with activate default wordpress theme and after delete pro and pro child (and clean wp-rocket cache).
But when i install it again everything was there again. (Custom css, validation code etc)
Can you help me please?
The reason i want do this is that i had problem with woocoomerce product page and also i just want to set all the site from the beginning.

Is there another way?
I don’t want to reset hole wordpress. Just delete everything come from PRO THEME and after do a clean installation of pro and child pro

There is actually a reset option in the Pro settings and it will reset everything for you.
