How to change the text of the inline navigation element?

Hi, how can I change the text of the inline navigation element? Currently the menu consists of home, work, shop, about and contact. How can I change these nomenclatures and add new items to this menu?

When I go to my dashboard apearence>menus I see that the menu I created using pro editor is not available for editing. It’s like I haven’t created any menus, so I can’t edit it either.

P.S.: I’m using Pro.

Hi Aline,

You will actually have to create the menu first in WP Admin > Appearance > Menus so that the menu option will be available in the Inline Navigation element.

Thank you! That helped a lot. I thought I could create everything right on the pro theme dashboard. Anything I create do I need to do first on my WP dashboard?

Hello Aline,

Thanks for updating in! You cannot create everything in the Pro dashboard. You will have to go to the specific section if you need to create something. For example, you go to Pro > Headers is you want to create a custom header. If you want to manage your menu items on the other hand, you will go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. To create a page or post, you may go to WP Dashboard > Pages or WP Dashboard > Posts. You may also make use Pro > Content and then edit/create a new page/post from there.
