How to change the display order of columns in a row for mobile?

I have a page which contains two rows. One row has a picture on the left and text on the right. The row below has picture on the right and text on the left. This is done to convey a sense of opposing symmetry.

But in mobile what happens is i see Text, Picture, Picture Text. When instead i want the order for mobile to be Text, Picture, Text Picture. Or even ideally Picture, Text, Picture, Text. How can i change the order of the columns displays in mobile?
