How to change staging and location-URL on License Page

Hi there

I love your new THEMECO website - Congratulations! Everithing is clear and clean, cool and modern designed and a real pleasure to browse trough.

As I was checking my licenses, I realized, that on your new website most of my location-URLs are the staging URLs. I have tryed to switch the staging and location URL but after saving the change, it reverts back as it was…

It is no problem, the pages are working all fine, I just wanted to ask how to switch the URLs.

Thank you very much for yout help!

yes, I’m wondering the same here?!

Hi Felix and @MeesterOntwerpers ,

Thank you for writing in, please make sure you click the check icon after you change the URL to save the changes.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

@friech, thanks for your reply, unfortunately it doesn’t make a difference…
even the green pop-up field notifying change has been saved/updated is appearing,
but then when I go back to the same url, nothing?

Hi there

Yes, with me it’s the same. As I said, it doesn’t make a differrence as all my pages are working perfectly, I just was wondering, if I did something wrong.

Thanks for your update!

Hi Guys,

I just tried it and it’s working, may I know which site’s URL that needs changing? I like to try it directly to that one, and for the meantime, please try logging out and logging in to your Apex account and try changing it again.

Thanks!

Hi Rad
Thank you very much for your reply! As example, I would like to change the location URL from https://jeannette-zeugin.showmyproject.ch/ to https://jeannette-zeugin.ch/. My staging URL for this project is https://jeannette-zeugin.showmyproject.ch/.
So all my project/staging URLs are: https://name-of-company.showmyproject.ch/ and location/live URLs are: https://name-of-company.ch/
I still was not able to change it myself but I thing I do something wrong. Can you pleas describe step by step, how you are changing it?
Sorry for that and thank you very much for your help!

same for me. just won’t take.

Hi Felix,

But this seems to be correct:

Is not that what you’re seeing on your end? If so, please clear your browser’s cache or try using a different browser.

@KindMarketing, same thing on your end, The location and staging URL seems to be properly setup.

Thanks,

Hi Friech
Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, it was the Browser-Cache! After adding ?cache=0 to the URL it displays everything correct.
Thank you very much fpr your help!

You’re welcome
