How To Change Pro Logo and Cornerstone Logo To My Own Logo In Customizers?

Hello,

I am trying to white label a site of mine. I want to remove or replace the logos that are shown when you first load the customizer. Right now it shows either the PRO logo or the Cornerstone logo upon starting the customizer and I would like to either completely remove these logos or replace them with my own.

How can this be accomplished?

(Please see the images for a clearer understanding of what I need):

Hey There,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself.

Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, I have investigated this. I am unable to do anything with it because of your use of Ember. Since you are modifying the basic WordPress customizer, I would expect you would tell me how to unmodify it. You put the logo in there somehow, so please tell me how to take it out. This is not customization, this is UN-customizing your code.

Hi again,

That would involve modifying the core files in the parent theme which we never recommend and whenever you update the theme to the latest version your changes will be lost.

Thank you for your understanding!

I understand that. That is what I am trying to do. I have been using WordPress since it started and I know what I am doing. Why don’t you just tell me where those files are then? Give me the directory paths. I’ll take it from there.

Hi @zackfiske,

They are available from the following path

/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/svg/interface.svg

Both of the Pro and Cornerstone logo is on the same SVG file and only rendered by ember (splitting it in two). I’m not sure how you’ll edit that.

Thanks!

Thanks. Giving me the path is what I needed. It wasn’t that hard to remove them after that.

Thanks!
