Hello, I’d like to change HOME Page design layout of our website (LWTC.edu). I have attached the new design layout for your review. Could you please help me how to change the old design layout to the new design layout. It is a major change. We do not have development site. NO mistakes! So I need your help. Please guide me. Thanks.

So you’ll be switching stacks as well? Will your host allow you to install more than one wordpress on your site? If so, you could install one in a subdomain by placing it in a folder under your primary installation and making sure your settings are toggled to discourage search engines from finding the site. So your test platform would be something like LTWC.edu/newsite or something. Do you guys have an IT person? He should be able to help rig something as far as a secondary admin password if needed.

I don’t know any other way than to announce to your users in advance that the site will be under maintenance once you need to transfer the content. X comes with an under construction plugin. There’s a facebook group too so maybe someone there knows a better way.

Do you have facebook? This is a forum for people seeking help from their peers, and it is likely not to be very lively, but there are some user groups there and someone might be able to help you. If your institution has someone from IT, you might be able to get some help there as well. However, it’s possible you might need to hire someone as well because what is on your image requires more than a few changes to the HOME page.

If you need support because you paid for it, then you will probably need to post your question on the support forum (https://theme.co/apex/forum/c/themeco/support). They won’t do the site for you, but they’ll teach you how.
