How to change color of the black shadow beneath 3D buttons?

Hi,

I would like to design 3D buttons that shine like blue LEDs.
Hence i want to change the black shadow of the standard 3D Buttons to light blue
i can only have this flexibility in the header button design: see here: https://screencast.com/t/4zg8upgff

What global CSS is necessary to change the SHADOW color of all X button?
