Thanks for writing in! Please be informed that only the community manager can change the username and password. Please include your new username and password in a secure note in your next reply so that the change of your user details will be initiated.

Please clear your browser cache or use the Incognito/Private mode to access the Themeco Dashboard. Alternatively, you can use another browser.
