Hi there,

Please kindly go to the Image Element options you added in the Cornerstone and click on the Customize Tab. Then add the class centerimage to the class option:

Then go to X > Launch > Options > CSS and add the CSS code below:

.centerimage {
  display: block;
}
.centerimage img {
  margin: auto;
}

From now on whenever you need to center an image you can use the centerimage class in the Class option of the Image element.
