How to bypass the 'site width' functionality for specific elements

On my users dashboard I use ultimate member, where users can upload a cover photo and profile photo. In Theme options my site width is set to 90%. That works for the overall page. However, for just the cover photo element I want to bypass this 90% option and allow the cover photo to fill up the page 100%. Is there a way I can do this and how can it be acheived?

To be able to accomplish what you have in mind, you will need to use custom CSS.

Using your browser’s Development Tool, you can check the live HTML code and find which CSS selector you need to use or what CSS code has been used to style the page.
