How to avoid Nothing to Show Right Now if there is no posts on the archive with specific taxonomy

Hello guys! Hope you are all doing great.

I have 4 offices, which one has its own related insights.

So I created : /insights/?office=zagreb-west ,/insights/?office=zagreb-east , /insights/?office=zagreb-center so I can filter it from a button. BUT if /insights/?office=zagreb-west has no posts it wont loop the layout it will loop the generic nothing to show right now page. How to avoid that? I much rather have the layout assigned and the possibility to have custom message inside it instead of empty would be ideal.

Thank you.

Big Hugs Joao

Hi @Joao,

Thanks for reaching out.
If you are using the Looper Provider you can use the condition Looper Provider is empty to a DIV element and show the custom messages you want.

If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific page URL where you have implemented this

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hi Thanks for the help. That did not work for my setup. Maybe you can suggest a different Approach.

Hi Joao,

Regretfully, there’s no option to assign a layout builder to a category who doesn’t any posts. This will require customization and customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.

Thank you for understanding.

Hey @Joao,

I could no longer check your layout because the WP password no longer works. Perhaps, you can check out this video first:

You can then apply the condition that was suggested by @Tristup to display a section with the custom message.

Hope this helps.
