You need to add the link without any space, something like this https://www.alchemytuition.co.uk/new-contact-page/.

Hi have tried https://www.alchemytuition.co.uk/new-contact-page/
and https://www.alchemytuition.co.uk/newcontactpage/ neither work must be something wrong with the theme? what do you think?

To better help with your concern, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Specific URL Page where the button is located

Hi Mike,

Your homepage contact page button is now working properly and in your get in touch page, just add the correct link because you added a shortcode in the link field.

The reason why it is not changing the correct URL link because it conflicts with your WP Rocket plugin and then when I disable the WP Rocket plugin your link is now working properly.

Hi Mike,

Yes, you can delete the WP-Rocket Plugin but if you would like to use the WP Rocket plugin, you need to purchase the license in order for the plugin to work properly.
