I have a default footer menu that’s assigned to every post/page. I would like to create new menus that I could assign to particular pages. I wasn’t sure if there was a conditional check that could placed in the wp_footer.php (and possibly the admin menu) that would allow me to use different menus on different posts. Or if there’s a way to assign menus to the footer on different posts that would not be a global change. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t include in our theme by default and you’ll need to hire a freelance to accomplish it. But you can find some plugins like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-specific-menu-items/
