How to apply a section above the footer

Hello, What is a simple way to a section I designed in cornerstone and show it above the footer on all pages and posts?

Thanks for reaching out.
You can create the section in the Global Blocks and use the Global Blocks as a shortcode into the Content of all the pages or in Text Widget on any of widget area. I would suggest you go through the following documentation which may help you.
