How to align an element within a column

My website is test.worldhorizonsusa.org/team

I want to alternate every other image so that the image of one row is above the text of the next row and so on. I have the images set up how I want them, however I cannot make the text on the left side align with the images above and below them. How can I make the text element align in the center of the column containing it?

Please set the left and right margin of the text elements to auto.
