How to adjust images for slider revolution shop carousel

So I’m using Slider Revolution for my shop carousel on the home page

But the images are way too big and need to be scaled down to 1/3 or even a 1/4 of their current size - but I can’t find where you adjust this sizing

Hi John,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked couple of site URLs assigned to your Themeco account and I could not see any similar example and also I see you have enabled coming soon mode for one site as well.

Could you please try following Slider Revolution video walkthrough here and see if that helps.

If you’re still having issues, please provide us with your example URL so that we should be able to assist you with a possible workaround.

Oh I’m sorry!

At the moment there is only 1 item in the shop, so only 1 item in the carousel - but you can see how large the item really is.

And also I can’t seem to click on it to be taken to the item in the shop?

Please adjust the Max Visible Items option, and turn off the Stretch Element option.

Hmm stretch seems to already be turned off & max visible items is only at 3 (but currently only 1 product in the shop, client is working on getting more.)

Would it be something within Main background>Source Settings>Image Source Size ?

I’ve messed around with a few, but that settings only seems to adjust the clarity of the image depending on the size I choose.

Sorry, I forget to mention, please adjust your Layer Grid Size too. set to a small size only.



That is because that product image is only a background. You need to edit the slides and add a Post Meta in it.

e.g.
{{title}} - Post Title
{{link}} - The link to the post

Ok great, the sizing issue has been fixed, thanks.

But I’m still confused as to how to make these Woocommerce product images hot link to the actual products they are images of.

I did what you linked to and it just didn’t provide the look & effect I was going for. It just looked out of place and cheap to have the basic font for title & link just posted a big URL

What I think I am looking for is the button layer I think. It seems to give me the nice finished looked & function I am wanting.

But I’ve been playing around with, but the button loads for a second & then disappears?

And the hover effect doesn’t seem to be working (it should be bright red)

And even though I added the link to the button, I can’t seem to test it or get it to work before the button disappears after the page is fully loaded?

Ok I got all of that to work now, thanks.

At the moment there is only 1 product in the shop, so only 1 product in the carousel.

When more products are added, will the Buy Now button I added to the slide overlay on all of the product images? Or will I have to manually do this for every single product?

Yes, you should see the button on each product. If it does not, you can let us know in a new thread and provide WordPress Admin in a Secure Note and also post a link to this thread for reference.
