How to add widgets at the main blog page?

Hi all,
I tried to add widgets (recent posts, categories etc…) on my main blog page but it didn’t work. It seams that there is no space for widgets.
Do you know if it is possible to add also widgets like I’m able to do on the blog post page? (See example below)

Hi Max,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the layout selected for the blog page is full-width layout, which does not have the option to show the widget sidebar. To show the widget in sidebar, first you need to select Content Left, Sidebar Right as Content Layout from Theme Options > Layout and Design, and then Use Global Content Layout as Layout from Theme Options > Blog.
