Trying to add Google translator but cant seem to add it in the theme?

For usage in header/footer/page templates: <?php echo do_shortcode('[google-translator]'); ?>

To add custom code you need to override the parent theme template for that you need to have an active child theme. You can download the child theme from here.

You need the override the Header template depending upon the stack that you using for the site.
For an example of Integrity
File path: \wp-content\themes\x\framework\legacy\cranium\headers\views\integrity\wp-header.php
