How to add table of content of H2 tag in a page?

Hello there,

I found so many stuff regarding TOC,

  1. How to add table of contents
  2. How to add table of content for H1 and H2 in all of blog post through x-theme's table of content

But, when I tried to add this, it is divided my pages into 1-2-3.etc.

But I want the TOC work like this:

When anyone clicks on the TOC section, it will scroll down to that section of the page, not page change, is it possible with the X theme short code?

Hi Saswata,

Regretfully, TOC shortcode works exactly in that way which you are seeing. And currently TOC shrotcode does not have the option which you want.
Adding the feature to the TOC shortcode is a part of customization and does not comes under the support.
