Here’s the code to add the Recent Post after the Content.

add_action('x_after_the_content_end', 'add_recent_post_shortcode');

function add_recent_post_shortcode() {
  if (is_singular('post')) {
    echo do_shortcode('[recent_posts count="3"]');
  }
}
