How to add purple box at the top?

I want to add a very simple notice at the top of my site, just like your purple box in this screenshot:

How do I do that? I inspected it, and it says it’s a TCO site banner dismissable, but that didn’t get me very far toward discovering which tool to use!

I would suggest you use the Content Dock extension or Info bar option of Convert Plus extension to acheive the same. Please find the following detailed documentation for both plugins.

Your suggestion did not work for me. I’m already using Content Dock for another popup message, and I have had terrible experiences with Convert Plus, so didn’t want to activate that.

Instead, I recreated my header using the Header Builder, and added an Alert element to a bar above my logo and Ubermenu.
