How to add Mailchimp styles

Hi Themeco

I want to add this code to my website, but I’m not sure how to add it to the themex > options > custom CSS without it breaking everything

Hey @vancouverwithlove,

That code is CSS wrapped in HTML and usually, it’s added in the head of the HTML document. Regretfully, we don’t have a way to add code to the head. However, WordPress has a way to do that. Please choose a method shown in the 3rd party article here https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/add-code-wordpress-header-footer/

Please just note that we do not provide support for custom codes. We can only guide you how to add them. If you encounter issues with custom codes in the future, you need to consult with a developer or the 3rd party plugin support if you’re using a 3rd party plugin.

I can add to the header file, however is there any downside in just leaving this code in the content area element?

There is no downside if you put the code on a content raw, as long as it won’t break your layout, you can add anywhere of your website where your Mailchimp form is located.
