How to add image hover animation?

I’m sure this is a real easy question to answer; apologies for being a bit dumb (still learning here). Basically, all I want to do is add a simple animation to an image when someone hover a mouse over it? Does this require some additional code or is there an option I’m missing somewhere in the Pro page builder? Thanks.

Just one more thing…I should say it’s the back ground image that I’d like to add an animation to…not the icon. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! There’s no inbuilt feature to animate background images in X/Pro theme.
