How to add footer menus

hello support i have read the footer notes but when i try to add the html content on the footer content box it doesn’t appear as privacy policy linked text but the whole privacy content. i have also enabled all the footer features. I want disclaimer and privacy policy to appear there. the names should be hyperlinked. thanks
