If you’re using Pro, you can set up a Bottom Header and add a button to it. Then, just set the bar’s background to transparent.
If you’re using X, you need custom development. You’d need CSS Fixed Positioning. Regretfully, we can’t provide in-depth help for custom coding here in the support forum.
