How to Add Date Stamp to Cornerstone Blog Element

I am using the Cornerstone element to add a blog. I would like to add a date stamp element, but am unsure what code to use. For example, I see the Page Title Uses this code: {{dc:post:title}}. Is there a code I can use to add a date stamp? Thank you!

Are you referring to publish date of the post? If yes, you can use this dynamic content {{dc:post:publish_date}}and if not, please explain it further.
